Join us for a fantastic Yoga Session. The perfect training and follow-up after a day of surfing, our yoga classes are aimed at all ages and levels. Each participant is motivated and encouraged by his or her individual possibilities. The lesson is around 1 hour and includes strengthening and stretching exercises for all the areas needed for surfing.
